AFTER being arrested and accused of indecently exposing himself at a shopping centre on Sydney's north shore, a man has allegedly bared it all again and performed a sex act while locked in a police van.
The 33-year-old was being transported to Surry Hills police station on Monday afternoon when he "exposed himself and performed a sexual act in the caged section of the vehicle", police said on Tuesday.
He had been arrested earlier for allegedly flashing a 22-year-old woman at a Brookvale shopping centre on Sunday afternoon.
The man faces two charges of committing an act of indecency with a person 16 years or over.
He was refused bail and was due before Central Local Court on Tuesday.
